• Philosophy

"My philosophy for my life, which includes my Dental practice policy, is that my life is determined by God's Will. I believe dentistry is where God's will for me, or I would not have made it to this point. God has given me the responsibility of making decisions for my life and my practice. So whether they are right or wrong, I have to live and practice them, hoping they are the right choices in God's Eye's!" Dr.Mullis and his Fiance' Becky Martin attend Macedonia Baptist Church withtheir families.

Dr. Mullis believes that with current dental techniques, people should be able to keep their natual teeth a lifetime. Patient's should be taught that they are capable of maintaining the dentition if they are responsible enough. Dr. Mullis feels that some type of treatment should be offered to patient's regardless of their economic situation, be it ideal treatment or a compromise of ideal.

Dr. Mullis is a member of his local Rotary Club, where he served as President in 1994. He also served, in 1987, as chairman on the Cochran/Bleckley Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Mullis serves also as chairman of the Bleckley County Republican Party.

Dr. Mullis has served as an adjunct professor of Anatomy & Phisiology at Middle Georgia College in Cochran, GA. He was elected to "Who's Who of Young Men in America" in 1987 and a long time member of PSI Omega Fraternity. He is a graduate of of Emory University, Dr. Mullis holds additional degrees in Liberal Arts and Chemistry.

Dr.Mullis enjoys participating in community activities, such as, being a Volunteer Dentist each year for the Georgia Baptist Mobile Clinic. When Dr. Mullis is not working at the Office he likes to trade in his dental instruments for a pair of horse ropes and a bull dozier. Aside from this, he and his family are involved in tree farming and quail hunting. He loves the outdoors and the time he is able to spend with his family! "There is not a day that goes by that I do not thank God for the gift of nature and my time outdoors."

Dr. Mullis is well respected by his Office Staff and his community. Those who know him well have seen the results of his hard work and many years of dedication. We (his Staff), believe in his Philosophy and have made it into one of our own!

Brooke Graham, RDH:

Brooke began her employment with our office in December 2003. She is a 1997 High School Graduate of Dodge County High School, A 1999 Graduate of Middle Georgia College, & a 2001 Graduate of Macon State College where she received her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is married & they have two beautiful girls. Brooke has been a great addition to our Hygiene Department. She is very dedicated to making sure each patient she see's is treated with great care & respect. Brooke also serves as our office OSHA Coordinator. She recently stated 'It is such an honor to work with a great staff & meet new patient's everyday!'

Debbie Norris, Lead Dental Assistant:

Debbie began her employment with our office in April 2001. She has three girls, Samantha Norris, Jenni Norris, & Jessi Norris. Debbie is a great dental assistant & was taught & trained under the watchful eye of Dr.Mullis. When our patient's have treatment done, she goes above & beyond to make them feel comfortable & answer any questions they may have. She has been a great assest to our Dental office. If you want a good laugh, ask for Debbie! (Her laugh is contagious!!) In her spare time, She likes to ride horses & spend time with family & friends!

Ashley moore- Dental Assistant:

Ashley began her employment here in January 2016. She has 2 daughters; Zoe & Jaylah. She has been trained under the watchfuleyes of Debbie Norris & Dr Mullis. Ashley is a great employee at our office and does outstanding work! She loves to spend time with friends and family when she is not working!

Tammy McRae, Office Receptionist:

Tammy began her employment with our office in August 2008. She has two children Joeli McRae & Cole McRae. Tammy is the first face you will see when you come in our office, she is a great people person & very outgoing. She is dedicated to making sure each & every patient feels welcome from their first visit to their last visit! She recently stated 'M & C Dental Center is by far the best place she has worked & loves the office staff as family!'

Becky Mullis,Buisness Manager:

Becky began her employment with our office in August 2003. She is married to Dr.Mullis and she has two children, Sara-beth Martin & Michael Martin. She has experience in Dental Assisting, where she started with Dr.Mullis in 2003. She has been the Office/Buisness Manager for 4 years now. She serves as a Dental Assistant with Dr. Mullis on Mobile Clinic's throughout the state. She recently stated 'I Love my job & wouldn't traded it for anything else. Although at times working with my husband can be trying, we wouldn't have it any other way!'

Julie Nobles- Office Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator:

Julie began her employment with our office in February of 2011. She has experience in Dental Assisting, She has 2 children, Connor & Caroline. She is the bright face each patient sees when checking out and making their follow up appoitments. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends! Julie is an exceptional employee with our office!
