Memberships Education Certification Philosophy Dr. Mullis believes that with current dental techniques, people should be able to keep their natural teeth a lifetime. Patients should be taught that they are capable of maintaining their dentition if they are responsible enough. Dr. Mullis feels that some type of treatment should be offered to patients regardless of their economic situation, be it ideal treatment or a compromise of ideal. Dr. Mullis is a member of his local Rotary Club, where he served as President in 1994. He also served, in 1987, as chairman on the Cochran/Bleckley Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Mullis serves as chairman of the Bleckley County Republican Party. Dr. Mullis has served as an adjunct professor of Anatomy & Physiology at Middle Georgia College in Cochran, GA. Dr. Mullis and his wife attend Macedonia Baptist Church where he serves as a deacon and church treasurer. Dr. Mullis was elected to "Who's Who of Young Men in America" in 1987 and a long time member of Psi Omega Fraternity. A graduate of Emory University, Dr. Mullis holds additional degrees in Liberal Arts and Chemistry. Dr. Mullis enjoys participating in community activities with his family and takes time to relax, occasionally, at his cattle farm, where he transforms from doctor to a real cowboy. He loves the outdoors and appreciates God's gift of nature. Besides cows and horses, Dr. Mullis and his family are also involved with tree farming. Dr. Mullis is well respected by his staff and his community and those who know him well have seen the results of his hard work and dedication. We (his staff), believe in his philosophy and have made it our won. |
